I just registered for an on-demand webinar - how do I watch it?

Webinars are posted to the same page where you register. For the video to appear on the page you must be logged in to this website.  If this is your first login, you have to register on the website.

When you register on the website, make sure to use the same email address that you used when you purchased the webinar.

If you register with a different email address, no worries.  Just register again with the email address you used to purchase the webinar.

If you can’t remember the email address, just reach out to us: admin@responsivefeedingpro.com.

If you have (a) purchased the webinar, (b) registered with this website and logged in, and (c) and gone to the webinar page and still do not see the video, you may need to refresh/reload the page.  Please click the refresh/reload button on your browser, it should look like one of these:

I purchased a live webinar, can I watch it later?

Yes, whether you attended live or missed it, you can watch the webinar on this site.  Before you watch, you have to log in.  And before you log in for the first time, you have to register.

When you register, make sure to use the same email address that you used when you purchased the webinar.

If you register with a different email address, no worries.  Just register again with the email address you used to purchase the webinar.

I watched a webinar but didn't receive a Certificate of Attendance or RD CEU Certificate.

Possible explanations:

  1. If you purchased live but watched a replay, you have to request a Certificate of Attendance.  You can do that on the page for that webinar on this website or from the follow-up email after the live webinar.  That email may have been caught in your Spam or Junk email folders.
  2. At this time all certificates are generated manually and can take up to two weeks.
  3. Sometimes – especially with organizations – emails with certificates get caught in Spam or Junk folders.  Please check yours.  Our certificates are sent out by our third-party provider from the admin@responsivefeedingpro.com email address.
  4. Our Admin dropped the ball.  Please email him at admin@responsivefeedingpro.com.
